Definitely needs updating! Our charging cords for phones kept falling out of the sockets. No water in the morning dur to scheduled maintenance. So no showers or even worse no flushing toilets. Walls needed painting and fixtures were rusted!

Love the palm trees and wildlife. We drove down to explore the area for possible relocation. Great area to live. Lots of growth in the area. New shopping and developments in progress. Close enough to downtown Tampa, Tampa airport, beaches, etc.
