With double-yellow line paved roads all the way to the driveway, this Beautiful private and peaceful home sitting atop 10 gorgeous acres will be your winter and summer destination, with views of the mountains, the sunsets and abundant wildlife.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES Connect with nature on a walk along the hiking trails that take you down to twin creeks on on side and up to forest grove at the other side, with seating provided at both the places. Watch animals all around the orchard and creeks taking a sip at the water holes.
LIVING SPACE The interior features 2100 sq ft of Living area, an open floor plan with high ceilings, custom lighting, a phenomenally beautiful kitchen with pantry and bar top, a freestanding wood stove fireplace, and big sliding doors opening up to covered porches from upstairs living room and downstairs master bedroom, both looking over a park like setting with manzanitas, cedars, and oaks, and plenty of forest land with wildlife galore.
AMENITIES: The 4 bedroom, 3 Full bath features multilevel parking, a Game room with Air Hockey and games, an outdoor ping pong table that is climate proof, a Hot tub on the upstairs open deck under the stars with the magnificent view of Sierra all around, BBQ Grill, Propane firepit and 4 different seating areas.
HIP CAMP Hip Camp Site offers separate reservation and features a separate driveway down to the left as soon as you enter the main Driveway from the Jean Road. Villa parking is on the RIGHT MOST lane going up in front of the Carport.

We are available whenever needed by guests, within minutes. office is located at Oakhurst Plaza, besides the Yosemite Visitor Center.

Great roads will take you all the way to the driveway. Road is maintained by county year-long. All-wheel drive is recommended during winter as this house enjoys fair amount of snow. - NO SHOES or NO PETS on carpets and furnitures.
- Only 1 crate-trained pet less than 20 lbs allowed. Pet Fee will be charged separately $150 per pet per reservation. Any violation to the pet rules will cause $500 deposit to be withheld.
- $100 Hot Tub fee will be withheld from Security Deposit, unless Hot tub is returned back cleaned. Please set the Hot tub to Economy Mode during checkout.
- Quiet Hours start at 9 PM, even if there are no neighbors in sight. Sound travels very far quickly in this forest area. And this forest villa seats little higher so sound travels even faster. $500 Penalty will be charged from Security Deposit if we receive any alert during Quiet Hours.
- Bear all around Forest villa, beware. No food access outdoors. Please enjoy the 10-acre outdoor responsibly without throwing food.
- There are two hiking trails at this property with bridge over two twin creeks that converge in a beautiful area. Seating is available but please clean the chair and do not use muddy shoes on the cushions.
Check In: 4 PM or later anytime Check out: 10 AM or earlier Quiet Hours: 9 PM (Strictly; $500 security deposit to be withheld for violations in this mountain resort that is in the middle of a forest). No loud noise, smoke, or fire after 9 pm.
Please keep the front and back entrance closed at all times. We live in the mountains and have bugs, insects, and animals around. As much as we love our wildlife friends, we want to make sure they stay outside for our safety! :) Hunting is banned on this property- The property is located in the Sierra National Forest with abundant wildlife and you will frequently see mountain animals.
Food should not be left in the cars or outdoor spaces. Please do not feed any wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay on the property, please do not feed him/her and stay away from them.
The hot tub is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from this amenity. Guests are to use their best judgement when using the amenities.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, during fire season. Please ask the host for permission before using the fire pit, to make sure you are complying with local laws and regulations.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control such as closure of the Yosemite National park.
This is a strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping property. Additionally, please do not use/ bring illegal drugs on the property. Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiting of the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.
The property is not child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay.
A Security camera and doorbell that monitor the front entrance to the property for our guests' safety. The security camera/bell are not constantly recording and will only record once there is motion. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or the bell. This is for your protection!
