"I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was tasty with an excellent variety. The room was clean and I loved the lighting options which maybe sounds silly but after a long day it helped to wind down. Every staff I encountered was kind and helpful. The international plug was a nice surprise. Steps away are some food options and a convenience store. The property was close to the airport and away from the high traffic areas which is my preference during a vacation. "

When nearby guests blasted loud music while I was unwell, the staff refused to intervene and told me to handle it myself. After I politely asked the guests to turn it down, they began mocking us and making pig noises — it was humiliating and made us feel unsafe.
