"Stayed at the Katamaran in week begining of May 2024. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. They have a good breakfast options plus best view of sunset while having dinner. The beach is quiet nice with the swimming pool. Loved our stay at the Katamaran and will be staying here again if when visiting Lombok. "

"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "This resort was incredible, the staff were just fantastic and we could not get the kids out of the pool. Dinning options were great and it had other options close by if you don't mind walking down the road a bit. My family just loved it here along with Lombok! "
