Very nice apartment on the outskirts of Nuremberg. Everything is new and immaculate, beds are comfortable. Parking is free and right next to the building. The only complaint is there is no elevator so it's necessary to carry bags and luggage up three flights of spiral stairs.

Very clean, quiet and spacious room. I was a bit anxious with using the opening the door smart system but it did work well. It would be still great to have a spare key just in case phone is not working though.

Apartment was perfect for our stay - there was plenty of space, accessories and utilities to make our time there comfortable. The beds had memory foam toppers and pillows (which were so comfortable that we are looking to buy our own now!) Our three children were all in the bigger bedroom together and the phone line helped us to locate the child’s cot when we arrived. The remote door opening was so helpful and the on-site laundry options meant that we went home with mostly clean clothes. We enjoyed exploring the woods nearby, and Playmobil-FunPark which was so much fun! Great place, perfect location.

Nice view, comfy room!

It was an amazing room! I’m really sorry though, I accidentally broke a glass cup, but I cleaned it up! Highly recommend staying here! You need a few fans to keep cool though.

The property was nice but they don't tell you what room assignment you have until the day of. I was on the third floor with a pitched roof and it was hot tmduring my stay. There is no air conditioning and the hosts do not provide fans. The heat plus the pitched roof made out stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is ok, but it has a system to open the doors through an app that is very annoying. At some point it stopped working and we stayed outside our room for like 20 minutes until the handyman came and helped us.

Smelly apartment

Lovely apartment in a nice location. However, not happy with the awful smell of the drainage. Had to disinfect the shower as a terrible smell coming from the drain slit. Could not get rid of it. Not very health and safety compliant. In 30c+ not good. I reported it. Also the cooker and oven not working. There were no instructions, not even in German. We had to eat out every day. No toaster, no microwave. We are very angry with the accommodation. I need some comeback from you.

Parkplatz war voll. Wir mussten an der Straße parken. War aber nicht dramatisch. Die Schalter in den Zimmern müssten mal überprüft werden. Die Rollladenschalter funktionierten gar nicht. Keine Ahnung, ob das gewollt ist. Sonst war aber alles wirklich super.

Zimmer war noch im Zustand der Vorgänger. Es hat keine Reinigung vor unserem Eintreffen gegeben. Mülleimer waren voll, Bett war nicht frisch überzogen und Handtücher waren benutzt. Es wird keinen weiteren Aufenthalt geben.

Efficace et peu cher

Simple, très efficace, peu cher et au delà du convenable, ces logements sont idéaux pour passer quelques nuits dans le coin pour visiter les villes aux alentours. Les équipements peuvent varier selon le type de chambre choisie, néanmoins il est possible d'avoir plus que le minimum syndical pour le plus bas forfait. Moderne, propre, accessible, proche des commodités. Nota benne : Ceux qui ne sont pas fan des oreillers fins, pensez à prendre les vôtres. C'est peut-être le seul bémol que je trouve dans ce logement.
