Great place in Munich

Super nice, and clean, room. Close to U-bahn (to get into city centrum). Their terrace is very nice too and their gin selection is amazing. Highly recommended.

Went to the Adele concert. Walking distance was fabulous stay. Very modern and clean hotel. Right outside many food options, transport links and bikes if you would like to use them. Would recommend if any events are nearby.

Close to Messe

5mins walk from Messe München. Ideal for visiting. Comfortable and clean, relaxed lounge area, nice breakfast. Could do with a bottle of water in the room.

Stayed here before. So looks like I was “upgraded” because of a previous stay. There moved me into a room with a balcony, so allowing me to be able to sit out side in the sunny and warm evening and enjoy a beer. Bed is large and firm, and bathroom is clean. WiFi speed is very good, and never dropped out. TV with the usual English language channels as well as as many German tv channels you can name. Centrally located right next door to the large Riem-Arcadian shopping mall and only a 2 min walk from the Messestadt U-Bahn station. Plenty of food options around the hotel.

Convenient garage parking was on the second floor (entrance from the Helsinkistraße, 20 EUR/day). A subway station and a big shopping centre were right next to the hotel. Our room was quite small, there was not much space with several suitcases and bags. But otherwise the room was good. Breakfast wasn't too varied, there were no hot meals. Staff was mostly very young (in the reception and in the restaurant), there is room for improvement regarding the level of customer service. Hopefully there was a senior member of staff to resolve an unpleasant situation. This hotel is a good choice for a short stay during a conference nearby. A one-way subway ride to the city centre took 40 min and cost 5.80 EUR/person.

Issues if you book for a colleague

I had booked this for a colleague, and provided my credit card details, no refunds were possible but my colleague still had to pay in full for the room because i was not there in person to authorise the deduction of my credit card. If my colleague had not checked in my card would have been charged automatically. When she did check in, they wouldn't charge my card. I have not had this issue in any hotel before. They are very good hotels but this policy is not user friendly

Good location and bar

This hotel is great for the Messe and right by the metro. It has an amazing gin bar. My only issue is €15 for a rubbish breakfast. Poor selection of cold choices, dry over baked pastries and nothing hot. Breakfast is not worth it.

The hotel is inexpensive due to its isolated and ugly location. The building is an uninspiring, cheap building sandwiched between a semi-commercial zone and a freeway. There are NO facilities or transport nearby. Its a desert - Public transport? It exists as buses but there is no underground stop nearby.
