Taking care of every need, and preparing delicious meals The house is a little dated, and needs a little work, but is a nice home with beautiful yard and on a gorgeous beach. The owner was very prompt to respond and communication was good. But the staff is what made this trip most memorable. The Rocca family」

「Landlord was very responsive to our questions and the condo wa well equipped. Our favorite part was being able to play Pickelball right down the road and very friendly inviting group.」

「The apartment is in a well maintained complex. The apartment was clean. Has as a nice view of the pool. The king bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom with tub, needs updating. Table and chairs on balcony also very uncomfortable. The concierge downstairs are very helpful and informative. They helped us navigate Vidanta. There is no information in the apartment.」

「I have reported my horrific stay to VRBO which took many hours on the phone, several moves and much expense and has still not been rectified. I tried 2 different places on VRBO in Mexico and neither were correct in their listings. VRBO NEEDS TO FIND A WAY TO VERIFY THE OWNERS INFORMATION I will NEVER RENT THROUGH THEM AGAIN. Worst holiday experience ever !!」

「The pictures do not explain this property!!! We were so relaxed here. The rooms are spacious the kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The grounds staff are pleasant and the property is well kept. The pools are fantastic and the main pool is steps off the back patio. If you want to go on an all-day excursion that is customized to what you want for very inexpensive call Hector!! +52-322-107-3121 - he is friendly, and listens to you and helps you plan! We had an amazing day with him.」

「This was a lovely stay - we stayed for 9 days and found the security and neighborhood to be very peaceful and safe. The owner had a little difficulty with the lockbox, so maybe just having a back up plan all set in case that was still an issue - but I believe they said that was getting replaced ASAP. The beach is literally across the street, through a secure gate, and a short beach path. We LOVED having it that close! The plunge pool was used every day, very nice to have before and after the...
