"We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather."

"The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!"

"I stayed at the good vibes house for a night with friends for a post Holiday celebration. We all had a great time and were very comfortable in the house. The beds we cozy (even the smaller trundle!) The smart features of the house were really cool - alexa did it all for us :) We also enjoyed some time in the hot tub which was really easy to use after watching the video. Duane and Eva were very responsive with any questions I had. Next time we stay I would love to use the game room more!"

"My family and I loved this beach home. We spent a lot of our time walking from the back deck down to the beach. We made s’mores in the fire pit at night. The house was spotless. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super easy check in. 5 stars"

"Ahead of my arrival the communication was timely and very detailed. The space was super clean, modern and open. Perfect studio for anyone traveling either alone, a couple or even a family with a baby - plenty of room for all the gear! Everything on ground level, close to town and convenient to the highway. "We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again."

"We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating"

There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."

"This place on Vrbo was great! I was worried about the comments that I had read about the house itself. The house was clean and had a very nice decoration. I had a bit of a problem finding the correct building and parking, but overall, I would stay here again, Ivette was a great host!"

"The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast."
