This house is truly a GEM- our stay was amazing!!! The house was prepped for us like that of a luxury hotel- Claudia was an excellent host! She was quick to answer questions and thought of every little detail to make our stay easy and comfortable. The BEST VRBO experience we've ever had!

Great home in Fairfield!

We were in town visiting colleges. This home was a perfect base for us. Well equipped and maintained. There wasn’t anything we would have wanted that wasn’t available. Will definitely be back.

Exactly As Listed

We needed a play to stay on short notice t attend a funeral. Claudia was very responsive and sympathetic to our situation. Property was extremely clean and, although we didn't spend much time there, appeared to be very well appointed and equipped for a family.

Holiday Fun

This home is charming and what a surprise to see a Christmas tree set up! Our family spent Thanksgiving at this perfectly updated home. The home was very clean, functional and the kitchen was well stocked. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Great property and very clean

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very well located and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house was exactly as advertised. The owner was very much available. We would certainly go back to this property on our next trip to Fairfield.

Lovely home

We were in the area for my step daughter’s wedding. The place was great for our purposes. Very clean, great beds, enough room to construct table decor and room decor form the flowers we purchased. The lack of rugs lent a beach feel and the floors are beautiful. Our dog was a bit skittish because of this aspect. We didn’t cook at all but the kitchen looked well equipped. The rental contact was communicative and helpful. I wasn’t wild about downloading an app to gain access to the home, but they were willing to provide another provide anothe way of access.

Beautiful Fairfield Cottage

Such a great property! Plenty of space, super convenient location and a great little backyard for barbecues. The owner was responsive and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to returning!

Reunion with old friends

It was easy to find. Very clean. Had everything you would want. Microwave, coffee maker, grill and Roku. My son was able to cook a fabulous meal and me and my girlfriends got to visit in person for the first time in 40 years.

Perfect

This property, and specifically the preparation of the host sets the bar for how a VRBO should be done. Everything was clean and organized, new in places but not overdone. The right amount of support - a few coffee pods for the first morning, some creamers and sweeteners, and a few things in the kitchen without feeling like it's someone else's food. Clean bathroom, good wifi, and great bedding. In short, everything one needs, and nothing you dont want. Please keep up the good hosting Claudia.
