"The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old. The room smelled bad. Do not stay here… should be condemned. For what I paid for the room, it was money wasted (2/3 more than it should have been)."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place."

"Called down to the front desk twice over a 4 night stay about the television not working, never did get resolved. First room was absolutely filthy, called down, switched us rooms, was better. Apparently some rooms, the bathroom had been remodeled. The first room the tub was basically black on the bottom it was so filthy. Friendly staff but not a very good property in all"

"Missed out flight connection and stayed overnight. Got in late and out early so probably not the best view of this hotel. Only real complaint was the noise from the planes taking off being so close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was great!"
