"Room was clean, but the room was also very hot. Microwave did not work at first. They sent somebody up to fix it, but I still had to sleep in a hot room because the air was not working. I went down to ask the lady at the front desk for a microwave because my work was not working and she rushed me away assuring me that someone was coming up to fix all these issues I was having only for him to get up there take a board off the countertop to plug up the microwave and tell me to just turn the air off and turn it back on again and it should work overall it was a nice hotel very clean"

"The room was clean but showed ware. Immediately we noticed the wallpaper coming off the wall as we surveyed the room. The room seemed more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. It was fine for a night but we would not have been happy if we had to stay there for an extended stay. The staff was very nice but we expected a little more. Being downtown Chicago, there are so many options for shopping and dining. There is no parking at the hotel but there is parking a block away. "
