The whole experience at this hotel was lovely! Check in was easy and the front desk person was VERY nice. The hallways had an amazing scent so you felt luxurious! The rooms were stunning, the furniture the lighting and the bed OMG The beds are so comfy you never want to get out of them. The bar was delightful and so chic for a rooftop bar it was not chilly in the slightest. What really set them apart was how wonderful everyone was with my dog! It was his first time traveling and I was nervous - but everyone paid him a ton of attention, gave him lots of pets and water and showed him serious love (even other guests). My ONLY critiques - I only had French Vanilla Creamer in my coffee supplies so keep an eye on that, and the bath towels could be larger. I was barely able to cover my whole body. Definitely a great place for a wedding, meeting, event etc if you are in Chicago!

The hotel is beautiful the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. I love that they operable windows in the rooms. The terrace was just as nice as the hotel with a beautiful view of sunset during happy hour. The artwork was great! The lobby is swoon worthy and the hotel is quiet. It’s in close proximity to the mall which is a plus! A fantastic Chicago suburb stay!
