「Great location, easy check-in thanks to the helpful staff member that answeredmy call. Updated room, very clean and confortable. Enough parking spaces and great view to the river as a plus」

「It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.」

「The cabin is amazing! I called the day before we arrived to check on some amenities. The person I spoke with was very friendly and informative about the area. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large jetted tub that was not advertised and there was a grill at the cabin that was not advertised as well. Cons- The pool was cold for my liking and the hot tub is small. The front desk person was not at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign...

「I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!」
