「We booked a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin that had everything we needed. Our stay was very quiet. We were able to go on walks. We used the pool a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff! There’s a grocery store and gas station VERY close. 」

「Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!」

「We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back.」

「This Caribou Island cabin was perfect for an end of summer getaway for my kids (13 and 11) and me. The highlight for us was the location--nestled in the trees right on the lake, but completely private. I can't say enough about how beautiful the property is. 「We anticipated a rustic old cabin, but we did not anticipate health and safety issues or inaccurate amenities in the listing. There were no working smoke detectors, even with a wood burning stove in the cabin. There were no CO2 detectors and the furnace filter was neglected and dirty. An outlet exposed without a cover and there was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to be moist/wet. The listing stated they have WiFi, but the DSL was not operational. 「We enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful shore walks, bedroom in the trees tops, and very peaceful. The Living Room furniture is rather "funky" and fun, but the couch really needs to be replaced. Loved all the updates made to the cabin. The great amount of work that has gone into updating this cottage is obvious. Kudos to the people that have worked so hard to update this property!」
