「Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! It is in a lovely and walkable part of Ballard, a Seattle neighborhood we really love. Mario and Monica made everything about the property very clear and provided everything we needed for a week-long stay. If you'd like to use the bikes, make sure you ask ahead of time to confirm that they are ready to be used. Also, be aware that because this is a basement property, it does not get much natural light. 「Great location and the place was very clean. The floor slopes a bit, so our heads were a little lower than our feet when we slept. A couple of blocks under the headboard would be an easy fix. We never did get the internet to work. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well furnished space in a lovely neighborhood.」
