Mario has a great spot that's centrally located in the Ballard neighborhood. Make sure to check out Olaf's just a few blocks away for a great bourbon selection and pinball!

Mario's Place in Old Ballard

Nice and clean, well maintained, easy to contact owner, very comfortable in a perfect location. Nice enclosed back yard area to enjoy. The off street parking was great!

Stayed here with my significant other and we had a great time. Our plane was delayed, but the self check in process was easy and flexible. The place itself was great— clean, spacious, and had a great little patio out back. Location is walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Would stay here again!

Convenient and quiet

This is my 2nd stay here and as before, it was perfect. It’s a great location- walking to the main shops of Ballard and the locks is easy to do. It’s also quiet so a good night’s sleep got me ready for the next day’s activities. Thanks Monica and Mario!

The Most Comfortable Bed in Ballard

July marks the three year anniversary of staying here when I visit my family in Ballard. As always, Monica and Mario were great: welcoming and responsive. My granddaughters stopped by and enjoyed the toys and I slept so well on that big, comfy bed. See you soon!

Well appointed and close to family

We were very happy with the property- the bed was most comfortable and the owners had thoughtfully included toiletry items and kitchen items one might forget. It was only several miles away from the family we were visiting and having a parking space was a must in that popular part of Ballard.

Clean and modern/almost industrial design - comfy bed and nice k-ette. Small private back yard filled with loads of greenery and flowers. Eco friendly touches like the hot water recirculating for the bathroom! Overall really nice and comfy. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Grand Ballard Time

This is the perfect little studio. Decorated nicely, everything we needed was provided. Coffee & cream with a Keurig, shampoo, cream rinse and lotion was provided. The king size bed was very comfortable. Thank you so very much.

Quiet and well-located

I had a great stay here. The property is very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and fun stores to shop, yet it is tucked in a quiet street. So, lots to do nearby during the day, a good night’s sleep to end the day. Mario and Monica were great hosts. They respond quickly if you have a question and I love that they provided bikes. I didn’t use the bikes this time, but I will next time bc I definitely will be booking here again when I visit my mom and brother.

Ballard Studio

Very nice studio apartment, in a great location in Ballard. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Designated parking space which is terrific since street parking can be quite difficult. The studio is well equipped, with a comfortable king bed, sitting area, dining table, a small but very usable kitchen, and a sunny private back yard.

Great Little Studio

This unit was really a perfect fit for us. Clean, comfortable and great location in Ballard. Pikes Place and Seattle waterfront less than 20 minutes away.such a cute and safe neighborhood. The cute patio had a table and chairs and the landscaping made it a little oasis! Comfortable bed, nice appliances plus laundry and home gym! Hosts were super nice. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again when in the area.

Great location with guaranteed parking space

Great location in Ballard and easy walk to Ballard downtown. Great restaurants, bars & grocery store right around the corner. Clean studio with cute little backyard to enjoy some sun. Basic kitchen equipment but didn’t use it much with all the wonderful food choices around. Studio came with all the necessities you’ll need. We loved that we had a guaranteed parking space in the driveway, which is a hard perk to find. The owner Mario was very responsive & helpful.
