Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northwest Houston, TX

"4 stars for service. 3.5 stars the hotel. This hotel is under new management, so in the 2 weeks of them owning it, they did a nice job. I think there were some parts about the stay that made me give it 3.5. But the amazing service gets a 4. They were very accommodating our first night, helped us out. Pool is closed, but they are fixing it. They said they have big plans for it, so i’m excited to see how far they go with it. Standard brekkie, but saved the day. We enjoyed our stay very much....

"The room was clean and quiet. The front desk that work morning anf evening shift personnel are helpfully. Location is next to everything you need to purchase. You can walk to these stores and restaurants. Tinseltown is across the parking lot."
