「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable!
We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away.
The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」
「The proximity to Astro’s game was great. The burgers at Rig restaurant was very good, the waiters/bartenders as well. The room was the best we’ve had in a while. Last but not least the hospitality from front desk and housekeeping was superb. They went an extra mile for us. Thank you!

「A table was not installed in the room. so, I could not use PC. I asked the front desk to bring a table at 3 pm. However, at 9 pm there was not a table in the room. I called again the front desk. Then someone brought a table.
The towel in the bath was not replaced the next day.」
