「Everything was perfect」

「Todo fue perfecto! La habitación era ideal, y la atención fue buenísima con muy buena comunicación desde el principio. Sin duda será el hotel al que iré siempre que vaya a Sofía!」

「Picked this hotel as it was a bit quirkier than others that are more centrally based and part of chains. Room was good and spacious. AC worked like a dream and was easily controllable from within the room. Wifi was solid and worked EVERYWHERE in the hotel. Food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were very good (although the view is not as described on the website). Breakfast was limited but was enough and did the job. All staff, including the cleaners and those working the breakfast area...

「Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale super gentile. In pieno centro città quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti (non abbiamo dovuto prendere i mezzi per visitare le attrazione abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi da li)」

「スタッフの方は全員親切でフレンドリーでした。シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、清潔で広さも十分でした。シャワーやトイレはいつも清掃が行き届いていてゲストハウスの中では群を抜いて環境が良いと思います。メインの道路から少し路地を入ったところ位置していて、静かさと便利さを両立しています。室内は分煙ですので喫煙者にもおすすめです（やはり周りに気を使いますので）」

「Lovely room with a lovely gentleman at the front desk. The area is very peaceful, with Boyana Church only a few minutes walk away. Great dining options nearby as well. Highly recommend. 」

「Arriving at the hotel around midnight, they said there is no room for me despite the Hotels.com’s reservation which didn’t require me to reconfirm. As a result, I had to find another place to stay in the middle of nowhere. It was fortunate that I could find a better place in downtown. I will never make a reservation with them. If you want to stay there I strongly recommend contacting them before your stay.」

「フロントのスタッフが優秀で大変親切である。人柄の良さは今まで宿泊した数々のホテルの中でベストかもしれない。エクスカーションに出発するバス乗り場に近くて良い。上階のレストランが美味しい。」
