「Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. 「Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor.
Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over.
An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.」
「An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full.
Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.!
