「Staff were excellent and very clean room.」

「Unfortunately, the experience in MacDonald Craxton Wood was not the best. Starting with our room not being ready for the 3pm check in. Our room then was not the cleanest. The jug of water was also not fresh with the water from the last guest still being in it, lack of plugs in the rooms and the TV was not smart. We then discovered the next day after returning from a busy day out the rooms aren’t serviced unless you request it. Now reception did give us fresh towels when asked but didn’t...

「観光のため１泊滞在しました。地下鉄を降りてすぐの立地でアクセスが良く、歩いて回れる範囲に観光スポットが多数ありました。ビートルズで有名なキャバンクラブやマリーンミュージアム、Tate美術館等どこも徒歩圏内で回れました。また、ホテルにはプールもあり、観光で疲れた体をリフレッシュすることができました。お部屋は広く、バスタブも大きく旅の疲れを癒せました。また、我々が行った時は競馬の重賞レースのあった時期で、きれいなドレス姿の女性が多数いらして、お部屋もほぼ満室状態でしたが、グラスシャンパンのサービスがあったり、従業員のみなさんの対応は常に笑顔で機敏でした。お部屋にもわざわざ不都合はないかと確認の連絡をくれたりしました。リバプールに行った先にはまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。」
