「The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house.」

「Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

「We had a great time but there were some issues. The hiking trails were not that close, we had to drive to get to them. The queen bed was very uncomfortable. My wife actually ended up sleeping on one of the full size beds. As soon as we got home we received an extra charge bill of $150 for cleaning even though we noted in our reservation that we were traveling with a dog. We cleaned everything as well as we could and picked up the yard. They have to expect some cleaning before the next...
