「Pet friendly, fast elevators, clean big rooms, many dining options inside and a bar, great free breakfast, bathrooms in lobby, dont use check in on your phone you need to go in and show an ID anyway or it wont give tou the room code so its useless. overall it was a great 1 nighter 1 downfall is that the tv remotes are almost non working and very unresponsive but i got it to work. was trying to talk to cleaning staff and breakfast attendant but didnt speak English had to find other people.」

「This was the worst hotel ever. We asked for cleaning up the room so many times, they haven’t done even 1 time during our 4 days stay. Can you believe that? This is not Hilton. This is WORSTON. But reception staff and the restaurant staff are all nice. 」

「The room was spacious and had a full fridge, which is so convenient. We never had a noise problem or needed to wait for the elevator. Breakfast was plentiful and seating was fabulous! The staff was not overly friendly—took our credit card and handed us the key. No smiles or interaction. The bed was not very comfortable—springy and no plush— and the pull out was worse. The supplied bedding for the pull out had a clear urine stain, but smelled fresh.」

「ドアキーのバッテリーが切れて、ドアが開かなくなるアクシデントはあったが、すぐにメンテナンスが対応してくれ、解錠してくれた。 室内のエアコン稼働時は、音が大きいのが気になった。 朝食は、焼きたてオムレツが食べれて、美味しかった。 フロントやバレーパーキングのスタッフは、とてもフレンドリーな対応で良かった。」

「全般的には非常に快適に過ごせた。ただ、Airport shuttleを運行していない事がチェックイン後に判明した。朝、0400出発だったのでちゃんとタクシーが来てくれるか不安だった。」
