"I should have asked for a handicap room"

"We had a partial Oceanview with balcony. Could not sit on balcony because of all the dried bird poop on chairs that had never been cleaned off. The bathroom toilet seat was broke. The bar in the bathroom shower holding shampoo etc was pulling away from the wall and the floors in the room was filthy. Conner, wait staff, was exceptional. Enjoyed drinks and appetizers, and later dinner."

"The beach view and location was fabulous! However, the laminate floor throughout the bedroom, living area and bathroom was extremely dirty. It appears the staff does not mop the floors as they were sticky and very dirty, as evidenced on the soles of my white socks."
