"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"

"Overpriced and so many hidden fees, charges and extra holds on my card. It was hard to enjoy the resort knowing I was bamboozled."

"Breakfast buffet was very mid. We got there at 8:30 as soon as they opened and our food was still cold! The bacon was cold and hard, so were the potatoes which were not fully cooked. Our eggs were runny and also not cooked. My biscuits were hard and cold. I was not happy about that but the servers were nice and they are not to blame for that. The room was awesome and definitely cleaned. Which I liked. I would definitely come back but probably never eat on-site again. "

I didn’t know about the extra charge they add to your credit card ( but it comes off within 2-5 business days ) the property is historical and the Trax food was very good and the staff friendly . The coffee shop was ok . We were comfortable and had a good night sleep . Thank you !"
