「We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

「Adorable little getaway in the perfect location! I couldn’t be happier with our stay. I highly recommend you ride the bikes to Neiman’s in the morning for a donut, then eat it on the beach! My only heads up would be if you’re avid coffee drinkers, you might want to bring your full size coffee pot. There is a keurig and a small coffee pot that makes a couple of cups at a time, but didn’t last us very long. Thanks for going above and beyond with all of your special and thoughtful touches 」

「We had a wonderful lake vacation! The house had plenty of space for our family of five. It was decently stocked though I was concerned we’d run out of toilet paper and paper towels. There were a few things needing attention such as the fridge door wouldn’t close properly and the kayaks seat supports have all snapped off. The yard space was big and had great activities but could use some tidying and beautifying such as some weed whacking around the shed and creek. The provided wood was extremely...

「I loved this place with one important caveat. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Socks and dry floor? Bare feet and wet floor? You need to be careful, especially if you're older. I almost did the splits going to use the restroom. The shower is small and you can't keep the curtain in, so the floor will get a bit wet. For most floors this really isn't a big deal, but it's basically like ice. I only point this out because I do not want someone to actually get hurt without at least a bit of a...
