"The room was pleasing to stay, room was clean, tables looked clean. I would say the overall experience was 10/10 but the only thing that was missing from the from was a power cord for the Telvision"

"Everything at the hotel was good from the staff to the property. There was just a little musty odor in the room"

"Everything was great except they had an internet issue, because I found out later a worker had accidentally cut a line or something to that effect. My only other complaint is the rudeness of one of the workers at the Starbucks on the property. She was so rude to me infront of my 11 year old I had to explain to him that sometimes people have bad days and are just not kind. I was going to Starbucks daily but stopped after that just to avoid her. Other than that workers are super kind and helpful. I’ve never stayed at a Westgate before but there is so much to do on the grounds without ever leaving. I definitely recommend them and plan on returning. "

"Overall spectacular stay. Access to water taxi was a bonus! I would say that a few pieces of decor needed a touch up, but the Family Suite was ideal for our group and I would definitely choose it again!"

"The hotel has and was still being renovated. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. The design was a bit weird since there we doors connected to two other rooms and were not sound proofed at all. Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Same with the resort side. Breakfast was amazing and had a great selection, and that staff was also amazing. The hotel pool was warm so night time swimming was fun! And the water park side was fun and the lifeguards we on point. I would recommend and I would stay there again!! "
