There were so many complimentary items that made me feel personally welcomed- s’mores kit, breakfast items, snacks, bottled water, multiple bundles of wood and fire starters! I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t need a single thing from the hosts because everything was just perfect. (Even though the hosts checked in EVERY day to see if I did need anything!) 「Midwest Nice. As it states in the description, it is a loft. There is a nice kitchen space with the basic necessities that the two of us needed for a long weekend. We went during the off season, so we had the property to ourselves. When you get to the property, the driveway is clearly labeled and there is one parking spot reserved for the loft. 「We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. 「The cabin was perfect for a north shore getaway. Coffee was ground and ready to be brewed. All of the utensils are available to make meals. Hot Shower felt good after a day out in the elements.
