"Amazing views of the Ohio River and unique design with a lot of character. It was the perfect amount of communal space and privacy for our family of four.Only negatives were some deferred maintenance (leaking fridge, missing remotes, dirty air filter and some outdoor lights out)"

The check-in process was easy with the provided gate and door codes. The apartment itself has a great kitchen with dishes, mixing bowls, etc. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. If you are sensitive to light for sleeping, maybe bring a sleep mask as it is pretty bright with after lights and/or early morning sun. Otherwise, no...

"A wonderful place in a wonderful location. Walking distance to almost everything. Host was extremely helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is very nice with easy access in and out. Lots of parking in the back. I would definitely recommend. "

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."
