「Had a wonderful two night stay at Claron Mansion! The two breakfasts were delicious and filling before heading out for adventures in Galena. Host also provided several suggestions for daily activities in and near the town.」

「Came to Elkader for a quiet stay, not disappointed. Katherine and Michael were excellent hosts, unit 1 exceptionally clean and cozy. Hotel quality linens, modern unit with homey touches. Loved Michael’s breakfast in the morning. Ate dinner at St. Olaf Tavern, would recommend, short drive from Elkader. One block to Turkey River, nice areas to sit along the river. Elkader has other good restaurant options right in town.」

「As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. It was a pleasant step back in time with it's antique atmosphere and original structure. It was my 48th wedding anniversary and staying at a family home made it even more...

「お部屋にジャグジーがあり、入りながら夕日を見れてとてもリラックス出来ました。 ルームサービスのチャージもコロナ下のためなく、お部屋でゆっくり食べれてとてもいい旅行になりました。 ルームサービスのチャージについて、フロントからなしと告げられていましたが、伝票にはチャージが入っており、翌日、フロントに問い合わせましたが前日の方と異なっており、とりあえず払いましたが、旅行から帰るとチャージ分、返金するとメールが来ていました。 対応にも満足です。」
