「Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.」

「We just stayed at this little gem for the 2nd time and definitely not the last in the heart of downtown Blairsville. Walk to all restaurants and shops. The condo is very clean and well-appointed with all the necessities. Our go to place whenever we are in Blairsville.」

「The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.」

「The apartment was clean, though the walls basboards could use a touch up. Equipped with all one needs for a short stay. Keurig maker so bring your pods if you have a favorite. The beds were super comfortable. Either curtains or darker blinds in the bedrooms are needed. Bring eye masks if needed. Other than that it was perfect for our little family visit to Helen. 」

「So happy that I came across Kingwood. I had communicated with the property manager that I would be a late check in and was reassured there would be no issue at all. Upon arrival my guest and I were greeted with by the very hospitable staff.
