"Great hotel with a lot of Chicago history entwined. Right across from historic Fountains on the lake and very centralized. The only issue was the in room air conditioner didn't work very well and luckily it was 75 degrees out when we stayed or it would have been very warm in our room."

"Check-in was fast, the staff was nice. The room and lobby were very clean. We had a microwave mini fridge that actually worked.? We got the 24th floor and waiting for the elevator was annoying. Don't forget to tap your card before selecting floor button on the elevator. The location was great, just steps from Riverwalk entry & next to Hello Kitty Cafe Bus stops and subway station nearby. Good choice!"
