「Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We stayed for 2 nights for an event locally. Overwhelming pros: Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place!
