Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). 「The view is even better in person. We enjoyed the property, the pool (which has a fabulous view as well), walked to Palm Beach in the morning for breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Great location for anything you want to do on the island. Would love to return!」

Location above all, particularly if you like Ponsonby: just around the corner from the Three Lamps end, with all the options of those blocks have to offer. Large grocery store down the hill. Short uber or longer walk to CBD and harbors. A great base for a large group.」

「Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much.」

「This little villa is absolutely beautiful, even more so than it seemed in the listing. It's inside a resort, so you have access to the resort amenities, but is a separate and distinct home in there. It has 2 well-proportioned bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony. They were very flexible with check-in time (we arrived very early and they let us drop off our bags and then had the place ready for us 2 hours before check-in without any charge), allowed us access to a car for a reasonable...

「The hosts were amazing and helped us with everything we needed yet total privacy too. The home is very large and great for large group of friends and family to visit comfortably. The views are so nice and you can sit on the front lawn and relax and see things all day. I hope to visit again.」

「Really liked the island of Waiheke. Enjoyed the view from the deck. Great privacy for a unit in a holiday resort. Need to remove excess items from drawers to free up storage space. The six air fresheners were overpowering, and the table “ cloth” should be chucked out! I think the unit met our expectations. Nice little place for a short stay.」
