"It is a large property right by a very busy highway and access road but the design assures all rooms are noise free with none having direct windows onto the street. The room was large with a king sized bed, a refrigerator, desk, tv and a large bathroom. The hotel was at full capacity for the cycling world championship but the front desk did a really admirable job handling all the special requests of people who had traveled with their bikes. Customer service in light of the circumstances was excellent."

"In general was good, beds are old and lost their strength and woke up with back pain. The hotel show online pics that when you see the real thing is much different. Good location and near to everything. They cleaning the rooms every three days which is not good because I had full trash and could not take away from my room. The price to high for the quality if the hotel. Staff need some customer service training for hospitality. Poor and never smile or welcome clients . I am the one who say good morning ."
