「チェックインしてすぐにエアコンが壊れている事に気付きました。その後、食事で外出中に修理を行ったとの報告を受けましたが、部屋に戻ってからもエアコンは効かず。結局、再度クレームを出し、部屋を変えてもらう事になりましたが、ロビーからかなり遠い部屋を案内されました。部屋からのビューのグレードも下げられてしまい、残念でした。」

「The facility is very clean, but it takes a bit of time for hot water to come out of the shower. There is a restaurant, but it's small and has limited opening hours, making it quite difficult to eat at the hotel. Moreover, there are no restaurants within walking distance, so it's advisable to bring your own food when staying here.」

「Good value staying at this location. We thought the hosts were outstanding...easy to communicate with and very responsive. The onsite staff were also great. Good location in terms of getting on and off the 101 and anywhere in Northern Scottsdale. Two thumbs up.」
