"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."

"We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. "We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon."
