「The property was absolutely amazing, it exceeded all my expectations. It was very clean, close to many restaurants and activities. Check in was smooth, and the staff checked in on us and made me feel comfortable about contacting them if needed. There was a problem with the garbage disposal after 11pm, the young lady was polite and handled everything effortlessly, they had maintenance out the next morning to fix it. They requested that we sign up through the email, to be able to get check in/out instructions; this included requesting a copy of my drivers license front & back, as well as a selfie of me. They also requested I sign an extra agreement of the house rules. This made us uncomfortable. We would rather just use the VRBO messaging. So I did not respond to the emails that were sent....
