It required some stooping and climbing of steep steps, but the spectacular views, fresh ocean breeze, and proximity to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cultural landmarks was more than worth it. Any questions we had regarding the boat and its surroundings were quickly answered by our host, Erin.」

「This place is truly something special! We loved falling asleep the gentle lull of the waves in the harbor. The boat and harbor house were well maintained and had a charming, nostalgic vibe. 「Perfect spot to stay when visiting Venice. Communications with the owners were great and the property was clean. The back porch has plenty of room to grill, clean fish, and relax in a chair. Bring some marshmallows to feed the gators. 」

「Cass-N-Reel is an amazing, quant get away. The attention to detail is well thought through. Correspondence with the owner is quick and very accurate. The views are priceless.
