「A very friendly staff. All employees were helpful, courteous and available. Our repeat visit to the facility and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. 「Unfortunately, the air condition unit vibrated very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep. After showing video to the front desk, they were very surprised and said they would send maintenance while I was out. That never happened.」

「Lovely suite, great location. Well stocked kitchen - enough dishes and cutlery - and dish soap, cloths, etc. Pool towels available. Ample parking with easy access to your room. Lovely balcony to sit outside. The only down side was no deep pool - maximum depth of 5 ft. Would stay here again.」

「This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」
