Eine nette kleine Wohnung. Zu dritt haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt - zu viert wäre es doch recht eng. Die zentrale Lage ist praktisch, dafür natürlich nicht so ruhig. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche ist noch Luft nach oben.

Küchenausstattung: sehr basic, 3 Teelöffel nur, kein Brettchen, kochen nur schwer möglich, keine Sets für den Tisch oder als UnterlagenHaken zum aufhängen wären gut, kaum Ablageflächekein WäscheständerDusche ist basic mit 80x80, keine extra große DuscheWohnung ist zwar frisch renoviert, aber sonst kein Luxus, Matrazen na jaBalkon und Stühle sehr ungepflegtFazit: Wohnung ist ok, entspricht aber nicht der Größe die angegeben wurde, und nicht besonders luxuriös, sondern StandardBeachtung sollte auch die Lärmquelle finden: Es ist mitten in der City und da könnte es laut sein, ob aber ein morgendliches Warenverräumen von7:30-11:30 als normaler City Lärm einzustufen ist, finde ich fraglich, sehr sehr laut im Schlafzimmer und hell, ausschlafen kaum möglich; direkter Weg zum Netto-Lager, daher der Lärm ebenso wie die Müllwagen dort reichlich Mülltonnen leeren, wer Ruhe und ausschlafen möchte, ist hier falsch.Auch in Punkto Sauberkeit könnte es besser aussehen, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ok gegen Münzeinwurf, Treppenhaus wird nur 1 x pro Woche gereinigt

Sehr klein und laut

Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Aber bei genauerem betrachten stellt man einige Mängel fest. Die Lichtschalter sind sehr wackelig, die Dusche undicht, Spülmaschine teilweise defekt. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr überfüllt mit Deko. Die Wohnung ist ingesamt sehr klein und man hat wenig Stauraum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber dadurch auch sehr laut. Alles in allem war es ok. Aber dafür zu teuer

Die Location ist super, mittendrin. 5 Min. zum Strand. Für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern auch groß genug für ein paar Tage. Die meiste Zeit waren wir unterwegs an der frischen Luft. Uns hat es gefallen.
