Staff were helpful with our requests and we felt welcomed at the hotel. Curiously, there were no hooks in the bathroom so we were unable to hang clothes and towels while showering. The night lights were overly bright, and we struggled to have some lighting in the room during the night to find out way to the bathroom. The hotel is situated within 3 minutes' walk to an MRT station and tons of good food options. While signage was readily available for those arriving by taxi or public transport, it was not so for those arriving by cars. Once we parked in the hotel carpark we didn't realise there were two lobbies - one for offices and one for the hotel. Overall the hotel is pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel facade and interiors are really nice. The matteress and pillows were just the right firmness, therefore we had a really good sleep. The rooftop pool seems to need more maintenance though, as it was quite dirty when we visited it in the morning. Prior to our stay, a staff emailed us some hotel information (which was good) and also informed us that they have prepared a surprise when we mentioned that we were there to celebrate a birthday. However, we didn't receive anything during our stay which was quite a bummer. But aside from that, the hotel staff we encountered during our stay were all helpful and friendly. It was a generally good experience.

Anniversary Staycation
Booked an Oasia staycation and was warmly welcomed by Adham at the Front Desk who kept us updated along the way until the room was ready. However, Day 2 was not so pleasant. Requested for knife 3x, then it finally came. Housekeeping cleared 1 dustbin but not the other, did not refill shower gel and bath robe. Small matters but those were of use so they mattered. Otherwise super convenient location and eco-friendly to spend a day or 2

The best is the outside look
The best is the appearing/outside look. Rooms are rather small and the once close to lift noisy and the view of the lower cat. rooms most probably not good. The most suprising fact was that half of the crew was not client friendly (but the other half esp. two guys in receiption and concierge were very good); many women were very arrogant esp.to kids. One time a one just bypassed us an took the lift and we were waiting in line. We had serveral topics which were not solved like slow internet, late checkout etc..

Overall it's a pleasant stay because it was a weekday and lesser guests. the only hassle is the lift from room to lobby and ground entrance are entirely different.
