「Sits on a beautiful stretch of a beach but the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms are small with tiny balconies. Cracked tiles, skinks and furniture. Dining is limited and not the best. Limited water sports and not much to do for kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.」

「Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!」

「I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests...

「Everything was amazing no complaints」

「Excellent service and beautiful hotel」

「This resort was perfect, with 2 excellent restaurants (Passions on the Beach and Horizons). The beach had ample palapas and you didn’t need to get up at 6 am to reserve a spot! The room was very clean and comfortable. Super Foods is a very short walk. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance.」

「Everyone was so friendly. From check in to check out. The resort is very clean. I always felt safe. I always saw security guard walking around ensuring guests were fine. The bar / restaurant staff were out of this world friendly. They make you feel like family. The entertainment was fun too. Lively music and games. I will definitely be back!」

「This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still...

「La piscina estaba en obra y el restaurante estaba cerrado. No vuelvo.」

「Very peaceful and relaxing place. We were able to have our dog with us. We relaxed at the pool multiple times after time at the nearby beach. Very good location for beach and food options」

「Transported to ann idyllic property. Very clean, bright and beautiful casitas. Even though they have 48 casitas, the property is large. Never felt crowded by the pool. Very quiet. Truly wonderful stay 10/10」
