"If you’re looking to be in the heart of Osaka, you honestly couldn’t book a better hotel because the location is perfect. Nice, clean and modern no-frills hotel, great value for the price. One thing to note is that we were given a room on the 2nd floor, when we asked for a higher room they said double/king rooms are only on floors 2-4 and all high room floors are twin room, which is a little disappointing, as we were hoping for a view. This didn’t impact the noise though, the room was very quiet considering the hotel’s location!"

"Everything was perfect, prime location with only a couple of minutes' walk to the subway stations, the property was very new and had a good amount of space at this price. Only two things that need improvement: 1. the AC keeps blowing strong cold air even at the lowest speed. 2. I only requested 2 full housekeeping services during my 8-day stay; however, each time the staff dropped some of my items to the floor and just left them as is.. Otherwise the front desk staff were very nice and they have nice vending machines on several floors including one ice cream vending machine"

"Very good service. As I have allergies to down and feathers beddings ( which hotels these days have adopted using), New Otani Osaka is able to accommodate to my needs and non hypoallergenic materials beddings they used are most comfortable compared to all the high end 5 stars hotels I have stayed so far. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Osaka. My only complaint is the outdoor pool bar needs additional entry fee to have a drink for guests."

"Front staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ideal location within Namba center, where shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Love the free laundry center in hotel."
