Located in Niederndorf bei Kufstein, this fantastic chalet is perfect for a weekend getaway. With 2 bedrooms, this can accommodate up to 4 guests, be it a family or a group. It has a roofed terrace for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.

The chalet lies 100 m from the forest and close to Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental wintersports area. The nearest ski lift is only 1.9 km from the stay and in winter, there are great possibilities for skiing and snowboarding. The local grocery store, town centre and the restaurants are 2.5 km away.

There is a garden with garden furniture to enjoy some outdoor times. Central heating is installed for your comfortable stay. You can park your vehicles in the parking available in the property. A barbecue is in place for you to experiment new delicacies to please your dear ones. You can bring 3 pets are allowed on the stay for an extra cost of €3/pet/night.

Wonderful flat, great view

We spent a lovely week in the Chalet Niederndorferberg - everything was there that we needed, the whole flat was clean, the large balcony excellent for sitting and enjoying the view. Being able to take the dog with us was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Een heerlijk groot huis (90m2) met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Alles was aanwezig in het huis. Het is heel schoon! Dat vind ik wel belangrijk. Eigenaar was makkelijk te bereiken voor als je vragen had. Dus niet twijfelen, huur dit huis. Winter of zomer!!!

Positiv: Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaft schönen Umgebung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Negativ: in mehreren Rezessionen wurde immer wieder das fehlen von Staubsauger und Besen bemängelt. Wann lieber Vermieter wird dieser Mangel endlich abgestellt. Wir haben einen Hund dabei und müssen mit Handbesen die Wohnung auskehren. Ebenso hat die Kaffeemaschine eine Entkalkung bitter nötig, für 4 Tassen ca. 30min ist nicht schön. Weingläser fehlen komplett.

Schöner Urlaub mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Chalet liegt in wirklich schöner Umgebung und ist recht hübsch. Wandermöglichkeiten ab dem Haus aus gut. Im großen und ganzen saubere Wohnung. Paar Spinnweben im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Vor allem Hundehaare auf Balkon und Veranda. Leider stimmte die Beschreibung des Hauses nicht. Wörtlich hieß es über dieses Objekt: "Dieses besonders schöne Chalet bewohnen Sie ganz allein". Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch das Chalet gebucht. Wir waren aber nicht alleine, sondern die untere Wohnung war auch vermietet. Da wir Hunde mit in den Urlaub genommen haben, war es uns wichtig, das wir dort alleine sind. Die Mieter in der unteren Wohnung hatten auch ein Hund dabei. So konnte man häufiges Gebelle leider nicht vermeiden. Wir hätten nicht gebucht wenn wir gewußt hätten, dass wir nur ein Appartement bekommen statt ein Charlet wie beschrieben. Im Bad ist der Heizkörper nicht warm zu stellen. Die Handtücher blieben bis zum nächsten Tag nass wenn man diese nicht nach draußen zum trocknen gehangen hätte. Betten für Rückengeplagte nicht zu empfehlen.

Dit vakantiehuis is prachtig gelegen op een berghelling. Het huis is idyllisch maar niet goed onderhouden. In de keuken is eigenlijk alles kapot wat kapot kan. De eigenaar komt er niet, alleen iemand die schoonmaakt. Winkels en andere voorzieningen op minimaal 10 minuten auto-afstand. Er is wifi, maar die is onbruikbaar omdat deze zeer beperkt via een Sim-kaart werkt.

De verhuurder hebben wij enkel kort telefonisch gesproken, bij aankomst lag de rekening al klaar. Het WIFi netwerk was matig tot slecht, ik heb geen foto's kunnen versturen als ik op het netwerk ingelogd was. Tevens werd er een (vrijwillige) bijdrage voor het gebruik van de WIFi gevraagd terwijl dit zat bij de huursom in zit. De verhuurder had zowel CV-ketel als de verwarming op spaar/ eco-stand ingesteld waardoor wij op de eerste dag bij aankomst geen warme douche hadden. In de avonden was het niet altijd comfortabel zonder verwarming, gelukkig hadden wij nog de houtkachel.....

De woning ligt op een mooie plek met een fantastisch uitzicht. Een mooie inrichting, en prima bedden. Prima schoongemaakt. De woning is erg ruim voor 4 personen. Helaas stonden er maar 2 kopjes in de kast, maar borden waren er in overvloed. De Wifi werkt zelden, en dan is het zo traag dat je rustig koffie kan gaan zetten. Tot onze verbazing hadden we medebewoners beneden. Het is dus een appartement en geen vakantiewoning. In de woning zat de gordijnrail voor de terrasdeur nog met 1 schroefje vast en een stoel van de eethoek hingen de poten los bij. Ondanks deze mankementjes hebben wij een prima vakantie gehad.

Hatten ein Haus gemietet und ein Appartement bekommen. Billig und defektes Geschirr in der K࿌he. Heizung im Bad geht nicht Abends sehr kalt für die Kinder zum Duschen. In einem Schlafzimmer Matratzen durch gelegen. WLAN da aber keinen oder sehr schlechten Empfang zum Internet.Kein Besen und Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Licht an der Arbeitsplatte K࿌he defekt. Schön eingerichtet aber zu weit weg vom Schuss.

Traumhafter Urlaub im tollen Chalet

Das Chalet ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit 2 separaten Ferienwohnungen. Die ruhige Lage ist ideal zum Ausspannen und Erholen, wobei die ersten Wanderrouten schon vor der Tür beginnen. Die Fewo mit den 2 separaten Schlafzimmern ist schön groß und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Der große Balkon lädt bei Sonnenschein zum Frühstücken ein, wobei die Sicht auf die Gebirgswelt einfach toll ist. Ein Kamin bringt an kühlen Abenden ein gemütliches Flair und man kann die erlebten Wanderungen Revue passieren lassen. Fazit: Ideal für alle die Ruhe und Natur bevorzugen und lieber etwas abseits der Touristenströme entspannen möchten.
