「This home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of six. There were plenty of beds—enough to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably! The check-in process was seamless, and Derek was an excellent host, always quick to respond. The place matched the description exactly, and the thoughtful touch of snacks and water was much appreciated, especially by our kids. The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk to Clifton Hill multiple times a day with ease. Highly recommend!」

「The location of this cottage is perfect!! Walking distance to Queen street with all the cute shopping and restaurants! The house amenities were suitable but would recommend making the pull out sofa bed a bit more handy to get to. There were 6 girls staying here which was a bit of a hastle with the 1 small bathroom but we were able to make it work. The host is extremely kind and responsive to any question or concern I had which was nice! Overall I would DEFINATELY stay here again 」

「The property was just right for our group of 7 friends visiting Niagara for an event at the convention centre. It is close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the property overall was very clean. The only items for improvements I would point out are 1) there is a slight musty smell on the main floor when you enter the property; 2) more bath towels are needed in the washrooms. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay!」

「We had 15 people stay here. It was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. Quiet in the bedrooms as we had people awake and sleeping at different times due to all the ages staying. Lovely backyard for sitting and relaxing. It was easy to walk to Clifton Hills and a short walk to the Niagara Falls attractions. 」
