"We took the train on our way to Toronto from BC. It was a day delayed. I communicated with costumer service about it and a possible late check out to max out our little time in Niagra. Even though it did not happen, I appreciated the quick reply. The condoms location is great! Please add towel hooks in the washroom, a cloth drying rack is great to have for after boat ride. Elevator is a much needed for our group of 9 with two physical limitations for heavy luggages to bring 3 flights of stairs....
