We arrived here at the DoubleTree after a looooong hard drive from Skye to Edinburgh though some torrential storms. I found it odd that they did not have wash clothes available. The service in the restaurant was all but non existent. I ordered my own drinks at the bar and finally had to ask someone to take our food order. Front desk staff was condescending.
