Perfect Stay and Location!

The room was nicely decorated, clean, and modern. The place feesThe location is fantastic, a couple of blocks from the Subway and with lots of shops and stores around. People at the lobby were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was OK, but I did not like the bathroom. The rooms are extremely small compared to the norm. We had to be moved to this location because the original hotel was overbooked. We were separated from our party.

We were not able to use the balcony in our room.. we had scaffolding everywere and saw workers through our windows (that were able to see us of course)... we are still waiting a U$S400 refund for not being able to use the balcony... the room was the titniest room I've ever seen... we were charged U$S2.600 BY MISTAKE the day we arrived... awful.

Best Location

I was admittedly a bit worried about the stay here because I read some questionable reviews. However, it was wonderful and easy! I’ve never had such an easy check in process. There was always staff at the lobby and they had an emergency stash of supplies available when they weren’t there. It was super easy to get towels or toilet paper whenever it was needed. The absolute best part of the stay was the location. It seriously couldn’t be a more convenient location. Tons of food and stores within walking distance. Many major tourist attractions nearby. We would gladly stay there again!

Our stay at Sonder was great! The room was well equipped and nice. Lots of outlets and places to set things on for getting ready or working. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Would definitely stay again!

Bedroom was comfy and quiet. The shower had great water pressure and I loved the shampoo and body wash they provided. The were welcoming at the front desk and had aluminum water bottles in room that could be refilled in lobby.
