Surprisingly spacious rooms for a Tokyo business hotel. Free tea, coffee and snacks. Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Room did lack power by the bed, which feels a little outdated in 2026.
Room was quite nice and spacious. Provided all the essential necessities and the staff were very helpful when we had queries regarding our stay. Short walk from the metro and other JR stations and close to Akihabara. Very satisfied with the stay!
All of the staffs are very helpful and kind. So many subway stations nearby and Akihabara less than 10 mins. It was so comfortable and convenient for us. Definitely, come back to this hotel.
The staff here are all awesome and very helpful! Our room was always stocked with ammenities that we needed and cleaned very well each time.
The hotel is in walking distance to public transport and there are convenience stores nearby for anything you need.
The room is small but cozy. It was a great stay for us while we were in Tokyo!
The hotel is in a good location for transport links. We were able to travel around tokyo with ease. The hotel is in good condition and is very clean. Staff members were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early because they saw our children were very tired. The free coffee at reception was a nice touch. The room was very small and had no storeage space but i found this to be normal in Japan.
We stayed at the B Ochanomizu for 4 nights, and for us, it was the perfect location. Within easy walking distance of Akihabara and several different train lines, it made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. We even walked to Tokyo station in 25 minutes (to explore, there are lots of transit options)
The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the hotel even had a free coffee machine and often little snacks as well. The rooms were a good size (keeping in mind that space is a premium in this city) and we loved the king-size bed. The water pressure was excellent, and we took regular advantage of the free tea. I would absolutely stay here next time I'm in Tokyo!
We booked the two twin size beds because it allowed us to have a slightly larger room for two people. We were able to store all our luggages under the bed. There was a large bench area, mini fridge, kettle. I wish there was a closet area instead there were a few hangers provided. Train station, familymart and coffee shops were just a few steps away.
My only complaint is that the room was quite dusty - curtains, top of the headboard and around the windows.
The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small (expected in Tokyo), but it felt like we were getting to experience life in Tokyo for an extended stay here. It became a core part of our memories made here. You’re very close to Awajicho station (2min walk to exit/entrance A5) and maybe five minutes from Shin-Ochanomizu with a few others just a little further away. About a 10 minute walk into Akihabara as well!
The neighborhood was very cute and quickly felt like home. You have a bunch of great options for food and drinks close by. Great if you’re looking for an area that is calm and tranquil on your vacation.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Room smaller than specified, noted 15sq m but when measured was smaller. According to the staff we had the correct room. It was very humid in the room and smelled a bit off. Old dust on the fire sensor and on some of the walls. The AC was quite hard to get to good room temperature. Bathroom was very humid all the time.
Bed was not very comfortable but it at least allowed us to have the suitcase under it which was needed since the room was so small and no real storage.
Staff was very polite and spoke good enough English.
Value for money. Particularly liked the availability of books in the coffee area. A good atmosphere. Conveniently placed close to a metro station for getting around and about 15 mins walk to the JR Akihabara for jumping on the Yamanote line.
Hotel is set up with traveler in mind. Utilitarian in lay out and function compared to others. Liked being able to fit my luggage beneath the bed. Room was very comfortable, very clean and very quiet.
