"River view was special!"

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm started chirping in our room. We called the front desk. They said they take care of it, but then they never did but the chirping stopped. The check-in and checkout process was very easy And then I was double charge for the room which I’m still trying to get corrected."

"Need to bring Nepresso machine back. Front desk staff were missing. Service in restaurant was slow and forgot about my Espresso drink as I typed my wishes in text. It’s my 6th stay on 2 years. Quality of Service has gone downhill "
